Where is your natural inner root bark from?

We only harvest our product in the northwest of Brazil.

What is the difference between shredded and powdered natural inner root bark?

We use the same product for both presentations; the only difference is the mesh we use in the hammer mill in the powdering process. Our powdered product looks just like flour, and our shredded product is finely shredded and contains up to 75% powder.

Do you ship natural inner root bark outside the US?

We only ship within the US.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We ship all our orders the same day if placed before 4 pm Pacific time. We use USPS for all orders, and it takes about 2 to 5 days to be delivered, depending on location. We send a tracking number by email the same day the order is placed.

Can I return my product for any reasons?

Yes! You can return the product for any reason as long as you have not tampered with it, and do so within 30 days after purchase. You have to cover the cost of shipping the product back to us.
